Werefox rustle - 2017
by Berit
Rustle in mid-transformation, screaming with that blood-chilling sound that foxes make, mixed with elven voice... a sound that is sure to keep the near by humans awake long after hearing it! she just has no idea how far the voice echoes yet... and Yup, used that green sticky pen again to make this...
Here Rustle is wearing a dress she was given at sorrow's end, should draw a better image of that as well...

Here it's rare to hear them, even though there is many of them... it just seems that foxes here are more quiet... I don't know if the near by wolf pack is the reason for them being so silent or if it's something else... I have hear a fox only two times in my life and the first time I almost shat my pants...

What? So little fox interaction? One lives in the abandoned shed in our neighbor's garden. Sometimes we see him in our garden. Lovely little fellow. But we keep meeting foxes in the woods and on the streets.
Luckily the fox gets along with our cat. Or to be more precise, they ignore each other. |

Here foxes do their very best to avoid anything... you have to be very careful if moving in the woods to spot one, most never see a fox here even if they live near... I don't know why but foxes in Finland seem more timid than foxes elsewhere, never really knew why... you can make them appear by hiding and mimicking the sounds of a wounded rabbit... but most really never see them even if they are numerous...
You are lucky to see them so much! they are beautiful animals and even more lucky that the fox is not interested in eating you cat! one of my cats once had a fox bite (and a tooth) stuck on it bum, Luckily she survived the ordeal as did the fox!... |

Yes, I am rather fond of foxes. They're lovely and at least in my area they're not causing much trouble. I am happy to see them from time to time as I think I could not mimic the sound of a wounded rabbit...
Your poor cat. From what I hear, here foxes and cats usually avoid each other, as a cat could potentially also cause a lot of damage to a fox. |
