Waiting for the moment
by Berit
This is Tomi, other character of mine, and you might be wondering why he doesn't have big ears and he has five fingers, well, the fact is that he is sort of a shape shifter, like Winnowill, however, his transformation skills are very limited, and he can turn himself into a being that slightly resembles Human child. his magical skills might be weak, but he is a master in Stealth and uses the shadows around him to finish his disguise... if you are wondering what tribe Tomi belongs to, the answer is none... he is one of those odd five fingered elves- the same as Marut... so like him, no one knows where Tomi comes from and where he is going... the wilderness lures him to never ending travel as well...

Tomi was originally my character in Dungeons & Dragons games, but nowadays I rarely got the chance to play D&D games so I turned him into a Elfquest characters, where he fits in surprisingly well!... I'm personally interested what becomes of him...

I really like how the light comes through in this. He looks so very sinister in this piece.

Ah, missed that when I started posting. He started off as a D&D character, I can see that. This is a dynamic piece that could easily be used as a comic book cover or at least a full page title to a series. It also makes the viewer wonder: is he inside something with the light shining in or is he outside looking in?

It is hard to say where Tomi is, but only thing that is certain is the fact that someone dies very soon... somehow, thinking about that sums up Tomi very well... he is a shady character even when he is being friendly... thank you for all your wonderful comments!...

You're very welcome, and I hope you know I'm sincere with my comments! Do you plan on writing the story or will this remain a game scenario?

Well, I have the story in my head, but sadly, I'm not that skilled when it comes to writing in English... I can always try...

The use of tone, color and shades here are so amazing! I really think that my coloring is way to boring when I see pictures like this. This picture just seems to have such a great flow to it and it makes me being interested in the story!

Thanks! hey! you color far better than I do! I tend to use only one color when I color seriously, I don't now why that is, but I like doing so!... well, since people are intrested, I started a post in the forums for some written stuff I have, it's nothing interesting though...
