Mh, this gives the pictures such a cool and mysterious atmosphere. How lovely.
Does the frog have any deeper meaning?

Czarine works wonders with colors, doesn't she!... heheh, the frog is sort of a joke, the same kind of thing that the rabbit on some Terra and Marut pictures. no one knows why, but the frog has been alive far longer than than it should have, it was there when Terra and Laluna were children, and it's usually around when Laluna is swimming... though Laluna doesn't know it's the same frog... (I bet the frog was there when high ones first arrived, some odd magic made it live long) the frog is the watcher, who is highly interested about the lives of the elves...

Sorry! a long explanation abaout a frog!...

Beautiful collaboration; the almost sketchy quality with a more detailed coloring really works. I also like the forest-swampy look and feel to this - it's believable.

It seems that some artists just have those animals that can't resist showing up in their art. You have the frog, another has a snail, and for my gaming group, the omnipresent infamous white parakeet.  And they all have a rather lengthy story behind them, which makes them all the more fun.
