Here's the full version of the new artwork for site. 
Splotch, of course, you already know. She's lost her ballpoint pen, and replaced it with a small exacto knife and a copic pen.
The new guy, blot ("Paint Splotch" vs "Ink Blot" is the logic) is, of course, the storyteller.

Hurray! I'm glad you posted this as I really wanted to see both of them up close and personal. I love Splotch's look in this, and the outfit somehow really seems to compliment her physique, which I think you've done a wonderful job on. It's making me rethink the sketch I just did a couple hours ago. Darn it! Blot looks ever so mysterious and moody (I'm thinking the whole Rorschach inkblot test right now), and while he's drawn very well, too, the way he's been added, he just seems to be floating around and not really a part of the scenery. Still, I'm loving this!

 Is so nice to finally be able to share this picture.Thanks for pointing out the floating Blot, amberfox. I did get awfully sloppy on the bottom part, since they are usually covered. I've updated it to give Blot a shadow, and move his thumb out a smidge so he doesn't look so...rude. :oops

Glad I could help with that observation and I think it finalizes the illo much better. I also noticed the - ahem - "rude" finger/thumb position, but assumed it was because Blot was still fairly small and dark so it was hard to see exactly what was going on. Perfect!

I'm almost sad that I did not see the original version... I'm still in love with Splotch's leathers. Can I have? Blot is also quite handsome and reminds me so much of my sister's character that it's scary...
Is there a deeper reason why his hair is sparkling? |

I came to this site after being away for a while, saw this picture and was just "WOW!" I love it. The background reminds me of a lake I camped at as a kid. Makes me want to jump into the picture. Agree with everyone else, Splotch's leathers are lovely.
