Wow, such an awesome interpretation of Shen-Shen in Klimts style! Loooove it! The colors and styling of the whole picture are soooo good! Right down to the super cool skirt. Love the whole concept and the way you pulled it off. Nice way to incorporate the 21 items as well.

For a moment this reminded me of old images of saints; like you can sometimes find them on church windows from coloured glass. That's an interesting mix of abstract patterns and the sharp and clear depiction of her, as well as in her appearance with the traditional SunFolk outfit but the more modern looking pattern on her skirt. She does look pretty content with life here.

It's nice to see some of the old themes pop up!
This is beautiful, Shenshen fits the Klimt concept so well. And I love the way you mimicked the gold parts in your digital medium. |

I'm glad you decided on Shenshen for this one. You could have used Leetah which may have been a more obvious choice (everyone likes Leetah). I'm drawn to her expression, you don't often see Shenshen looking so serene.

I really love this! Not only is it a fresh take but man, all those details! Invoking so much gold and different shades of it is really tricky. Can I also say that I love how you've reinterpeted her ears? Having them stand out like that is so cute!

Thank you everyone! I enjoyed drawing this a lot, it was fun to play around with the style of the Klimt painting and the more cartoony style, I'm quite pleased with the end result.

I thought I detected Klimt in this. I do like her outfit, but at the same time I'm reminded of Bill Cipher eyes, which creeps me out a bit. Great way to work the abstract expressionism with a more "realistic" image of ShenShen. Also think the gold work is well done, reflecting the background and pulling the viewer's gaze toward her.
