Just a quick sketch of the elf who slowly made his way into my heart, starting from all the way in my teenage years, when I first learned that he existed. Now he is solidly there as one of my favourites. (Maybe because I can recognise myself in his attitude and wonder towards life, and the wish to learn.)

I have to admit, that at first glance I thought it was Mender.
 Anyway, I also like Sunstream a lot. He had a beautiful journey and grew up to be wise and life-treasuring indeed. This is a beautiful shining portrait of him! |

I love the lively sketchy lines, it really ads to this image. I also like how the shirt bleeds into the rest of the image.
