Sea elf from the Discovery graphic novel, wasn't sure if I should or shouldn't try my hand at water effect detailling.  She'll probably look alot beter when I get around to colorizing.  I did some forshortening and while I was doing it I was envisioning color and shading so some things might look a little off but I'm not seeing anything to odd to me.   Like all my other line work in the coloring book album Brill is available to color for everyone, enjoy.

Oh wooow! This is one of my favorite Brill fan drawings ever! So swooney and Brill-ish. I just love her pose and her round shapes. I am not sure if the foreshortening of the left arm works so well, but as you say, coloring could definitely improve that. I wish I had time to color your stuff! So inviting.

It's an unusual angle you have on this one, almost as if she's just slightly above the viewer and we're looking upward at her. The best way to handle her left arm is to change the lines; instead of the forearm line crossing over the upper arm, have the upper arm lines cross over onto the forearm. That will push the forearm into the background a bit. I had the same issue on more than one occasion (thank you, Foxeye). There's something about the right arm, too, but I'm not sure what it is unless it's the distortion of the left arm looking too short. Shading or coloring will also help with bringing things to and away from the viewer. Overall, I think you did a really great job on her.

Amber your right on the view angle, also it's the right hand not being forshortened properly now that I'm looking at it better.
