Aaah, good old Treestump! This shows oh so very nicely how sexy he can be. Nice poses!
Again, I love how you draw feet!

Coming back to this, I really also like the action pose. Together with Nightfall (okay, maybe also other elves), I think Treestump is also one guy I'd like to have by my side when fighting. He also fights without hate, doesn't he? As said in the comics he fights because it has to be done, not because he enjoys it.
Also interesting that his weapon is also a tool to build things.
And I do love his hands in your picture!

Yes, veeery nice curve through the torso on that pinup.  :popcorn

What is most stunning about this piece is what I noticed when I saw the full spread with your bonus art. This piece was something you submitted back in September, and the bonus art was of course quite recent. As far as you've come in the time I've known you, the amount you've improved in the few months while you've been drawing entry after entry and lots of bonus art is incredibly inspiring. I have to give a hearty you go girl! for that amazing journey!  :hail

thank you so much foxy! It has been so fulfilling seeing things in new ways and being able to envision things from new angles. I have to admit I've looked at your work with so much admiration. I've learned just from viewing your stuff. Thank you for the help on perspective on one of my other submission. Just having things pointed out to me has put me on the look out for the same kind of issues on other images.

The picture looks so bright and sunny, it wonderful. I think you did amazing job on his hands and feet, which are always a problem for artists, I think. I like your shading style and Treestump's expressions. It made me really happy to see this picture.

Treestump is such a manly Character and he really doesn't receive enough love, lol I always imagined him having at least one or two ladies at the sunvillage but we never really got to see to many of the other elves Relationships as far as thats concerned and its always made me a little sad but I suppose wendy could only draw so much lol.
Anyway Love this I think you did an awesome job with him <3

Yes, Treestump should get more love; he was never much of a "foreground" character, but he always seemed like the loving, affable uncle you wanted to hang around with. The shading in this is really mesmerizing and really accentuates the character's build extremely well. What media did you use? Honestly, I'm not so sure about the feet (but hey, who am I to talk), but the physique is really well done. Love the action shot most of all; very natural and relaxed but you can still see the tension and power built up in that swing.
