Roodklauw & Zilverbes

See, you guys got me drawing again. 
I drew this yesterday, did the coloring today. I kept it rather simple, because everytime I try to shade or highlight in Photoshop, it ends up crappy. I'm just better at shading traditionally I guess.
--Edit Apr 7th: I edited some layer properties. My pencil shading is much better visable now, and the whole picture has more contrast that way.
Roodklauw is one of my Zonnemeer characters, Zilverbes is his lifemate. Her eye has been bugging me, erased it and redrew it three times. Still not too sure about it. But I love love Roodklauw's lips.

Wow, I wouldn't have thought that this pic gave you trouble. Looks so effortless. Kisses are so hard to draw. Very difficult angles. And yet, this turned out so lovely. Beautiful earthy colors, too!

Oh Afke, this is lovely! The perspective is great and I love the texture of it -- seems more like a watercolor than pc-colored. And of course, such a sweet moment!

well, I don't see whats wrong with the eye, I think it looks good!... they sure are close, aren't they?... I think Roodklauw's hair turned out very nicely!...

Looking at it again now I might see what's wrong with it. I'm thinking her eye might be too far to the left - if placed more to the right (and maybe a teensy bit lower) her eyes would be deeper in her skull, now they're too up front which would make her face seem rather flat.

Oh this one is gorgeous! For a moment it reminded me of an old character of mine and her lovemate. It's such a tender moment, blissful and sweet. Well done
