Semi-quick character study with the single purpose of providing a reference for all Salem's scars. At least the ones on his upper body. Stupid daredevil-elf ::)

I dig it, girl, absolutely dig it! Love your style! Well, he may be a daredevil-elf, but he still looks likabel enough! My only critique: the eyes might be too close together. But you say yourself that this is a rather fast sketch, so, shove that C/C. ;)

He seems like a warm person. Both in skin and spirit! ;)

He is very passionate, that's for certain *cough* However he is more stern and brash now than he was when he was younger. Getting voted in as the chief after his mentor (old chief) died caused some changes :D

Not sure the eyes are too close together, but with the heavy inking and outlining they are just a bit. Still, gives him the wide eyed innocent look (I imagine that allowed him to get away with a few things). He looks like he's paused just long enough for the "picture" but then he's off on another wild adventure to earn him a few more scars. And he's so trying to look as innocent as possible, but those that know better (or are remotely paying attention) aren't fooled. Good pose; while it is a pose, it seems very natural and just tense enough to reflect the personality. Good warm tones on the coloration. The overall look has a comic book back cover feel to it, a sort of introduction to the character that we saw on the original Quest series.
