Ah yes. 1993. My first or second year in the club. I had forgotten that her staff used to be carved. I probably did not want to draw so much detail over the years.

Yeah, when drawing a character more often it makes sense to make the design more simple. I am so happy to see such an early version of ChangeStone. The direct comparison with more recent art makes it all the more clear how much your art has grown. It looks very beautiful already and your dedication for the character shines through.

Oh, and it is so richly detailed! Did you draw the border as well? That must have taken some time. I am also impressed by the staff; again, that must have taken an eternity. Lovely job, Ca-Twin! I'd want that for a back (or front) cover for my newsletter, too!
