The poor darling needed to be petted. :-) Thanks for reading and liking it. To be honest I was worried folks wouldn't care after all these years. And I'm so glad to be done. Now when this fall happens I'll be content knowing I finally finished one of my comics. Won't be HAPPY... but I'll be content.

Yeah, Aroree's profile was an argh to me.... but the final panel was the major argh. It was like I didn't know what to do with myself. If I were to redraw the art for this - and I probably never will have the time - this would be one of the first pages that would get overhauled. Maybe I'd pick an aerial view for the final panel.
I am happy to know I got the story clues and cues right enough for people to get them. I'd actually spent a LOT of time reading and rereading Winnie's story for this... and asking Mr. Pini a lot of questions. So my thought and research has paid off, and that makes me happy.

What's bothering me about the and is how the pinky finger's flesh cuts too low into the palm. But if I let myself get tangled up into trying to draw like you, then the comic will die again. So I'm carrying forward and simply trying to remember not to make those mistakes again.
