Yay, someone was finally brave enough to ask for C/C! ^_^ It's been a while since I did this, so I'm glad she just started with level 1.5.
Picture in question:
There's a lot of stuff "going right" here...the face, the eyes (really pretty), the coloring on the hair doo-dads, her proportions. It may be old, but it's a solid drawing and a fascinating character. :)
Since you said it was older, I took a look at your other stuff as well to get a sense for overall trends I could make suggestions on.
I'd say the two biggest improvements I'd recommend for this picture are
1) Since her hair/face are a "clean" drawing, I'd have gone ahead and used an eraser to clean up the lines for the arms/torso as well. A little thing, aye, I know, but it's surprising how powerful it can be to have all parts of a picture follow the same style.
2) Give her neck a little more of an forward-angle. :) Do a google image search on "necks" and take a look at some photographs, particularly from the side. Notice how necks tend to angle forward? Try to work that into your characters a little more in the future. (This (http://www.elfquest.com/fun/images/faceshapes.jpg) is a pretty good reference from Wendy. Even as straight as those necks are, even they have a little bit of a forward angle.)

Oh, sorry if I confused you, this IS the new and improved Wildfire xD I'll try to find an old picture to compare it with :P
Thanks a bunch for the feedback! I'll see if I can correct the neck and clean it up a bit. ;D

Oooh, nice coloring! The eyes are especially pretty! I'd make the body a bit broader though... the shoulders too. Right now it looks as if the body is about as broad as the head. Oh, and something I always recommend is to get a book or something about anatomy - especially one that has pictures of the skeleton - bones and such. It's really helpful to understand where the joints are - shoulders, for instance, are round, not straight and squarish... darn, I wish I had a scanner here, so I could whip up a quick sketch to show what I mean... but I hope it was helpful for you all the same...

Thank you, Mournsong. Yes, I'm aware that the body is rather small, but I only noticed it when I was nearly done and correcting it now is more difficult than I anticipated. Hmm, anatomy you say? *whine* I'll check into it. Thanks again!

New, cleaned-up and round-shouldered (well, more than before) version:

(How do I make it zoomable? xD)

Oh yes, cleaning it up was a big help! I think you are right that you didn't get as brave as you could with editing the neck, but that's OK. Something to just thinka bout for the future. :)
For future reference, how do you feel about draw-overs?

Draw-overs are great. No problem there
