This is such a stupid question, but how do I post art in the gallery?

On the right side, under the title bar, there is a link "my albums"
http://www.elfquestfanart.com/index.php?action=media;area=mya (http://www.elfquestfanart.com/index.php?action=media;area=mya)
create an album (aka make a directory or "folder"), go into it and you have a button "add an item" (right side).
That should allow you to upload art and a description.

There's no "add an item" button for me... :( Thanks anyway

Click the 'Gallery' tab at the top of the page (between the Home and Help tabs).
Once in the gallery section, you'll see a bar that says 'New & Featured Art'. At the far right you'll see "My Albums', click that.
If you have an existing album you can add your artwork to it or create a new album by clicking 'New Album'.
Then click on the album name and go to 'Add an Item to this Album'.
That's it!

I'm not seeing an option to "Add an Item to this Album."

This is very strange, I don't think anyone has had this issue before. As you can see from my screenshot the add an item to this album is visible and the same in the test album I created.

I'm going to add a couple of member groups to your account, not having them has caused issues in the past, please let me know if that makes any difference. Don't worry, I'll figure it out.
Edit: I can see the add an item button, hopefully, you can too...
