I posted a fan art pic of an elf i created and i recently i received some comments from other users. My question is, how do i reply to a comment on my art?

You can reply to your own picture and address the commenter there. It doesn't work here like at places like instagram, where there's a tree-based reply and the user gets notified. If you want to reply to a specific person and you want them to be notified, I'd suggest sending them a personal message. But I think people here are used to clicking the unseen button (at least I do), and they might find out you replied that way.
