Title: New Calendar Archive Page

As Windrider hinted at, we decided to also provide a home for the formatted EQ Fan Art Calendar archives on this site. For now we only have the years that Windrider headed-up. As we get permission from previous organizers we'll add those years as well.

When the site redesign/upgrade takes place, the layout of the calendar page will be adjusted to fit more seamlessly with the rest of the site, but for now...I think what I've put together is solid enough to push it live.

As you may have noticed, your avatar at the top right corner of the screen has been replaced by a thumbnail of this month's calendar.  Clicking on it will take you to the calendar page.

Made an update: Those images that have registered artists now have an "Artist's Gallery" link as well.
