Perfect! Don't you love it when a smartass's plan backfires? I imagine Yionyi would love chickens, except when it came to seeds. Of course, you can probably convince them to avoid particular seeds. Yionyi's expression in both of these is adorable and hilarious! Gettin' to love the little guy (affectionate term, not height). Chickens, by the way, LOVE eating insects. Wonder how Yionyi would react to ladybugs?

I remember hearing they bite people so all I'm hearing is a hysteric Yionyi going 'WHY is it BITING me??'

Ovals with spots. Done. Uh oh, I have a new idea brewing...Anyway, chickens can peck and it can hurt, but if handled carefully, they are much like fluffy, feathered puppies. Roosters can be mean, but not all. Hens tend to be friendlier, but you can get some mean ones there as well. Either way, it doesn't look like Yionyi is doing anything to upset the chicken he's holding, so I would think chicken is just hanging out in his arms.

Ohhh my goodness, I LOVE THEM! Their expressions! That puzzlement, that grin, that pout! And that is a perfect (triangular) chicken.
Ladybugs totally do bite people. But then, so do the aphids they eat, if you hold still long enough that they think you're a plant. Ladybugs just pinch, they don't inject anything to keep your blood or plant juices flowing, so the bite fades fast and doesn't itch. |

Wait, I must have misunderstood. I thought chickens biting, not ladybugs. Never been pinched by a ladybug. They've got jaws, so I know they can, but it's never happened to me. Never heard anyone talk about it, either. I DO know they taste so damn bad that very few things will even try. Aphids I do know can nip.

Awesome! Perfect execution of the triangel chicken! Now I want to see Yionyi in chicken bliss with an army of chickens in their garden! Chicken bliss!
Our friend's chickens all have such different personalities... some are kind and gentle and some peck at your feet like they are the fattest worm they have ever seen.  Their rooster is a total chicken (pun intended). He's truly the most scared of them all and never comes close to people.
