This one is old! I made it for Rhovanion holt back in 2002 or something. I believe its name was Bigeyes.
I have no idea if it shows up animated, so let's test it...

It's just two frames, but I like to watch it for a minute and just chuckle. :D
I recall making it in Adobe Image Ready, of two scanned images of ballpoint drawings. I drew everything in ballpoint back then. :P
