I kinda had to XD the lack of detail kills me so I went with seemed most likely have happened from what little we see. I thought it could be funny if they had a period where they were really bureaucratic and prudish.
XD He would have gone on to have a government-like position (or Circle position really) |

Elves bureaucrats is a fascinating idea! This reminds me of me and my friend. She sometimes used to chomp on me all of the sudden. My face expression must have been similar. When I chomped her back, she always was peeved.

Yeah, not big on being chomped on. Well, two of my exs discovered a spot where...anyway, humorous illo. I'd likely have the same expression if someone out of the blue did that. And what government isn't ridiculously bureaucratic?
