Marl 2.0
by Amberfox
This has taken a while! Still not entirely happy with it, but I have made a ton of corrections, and I think the tooth of the paper is about to give out. It's Marl, version 2.0! I'm currently working on a couple more illos of Marl, so hopefully, I'll do a better job. Let me know what I need to do! Consider this a character study...

They look so handsome. So young and fresh somehow! Super excellent choice of the different shades of green. Mhh, delicious! Just ecstatic to see you post old and new stuff again! Really makes my day every time.

I love how you colour folds, is that weird?
![]() And that green of the shirt is so deep, it looks like it has many layers of colour, so lush! |

Argh! I tried to reply over the weekend, but my old laptop at my family's won't let me. I'm guessing it's because it's old and running on Windows 7. My phone also won't let me post. ARGH! Anyway, I'm so very glad this brightened you day and I nailed your hair color! I am encouraged to draw more - you have unleashed the pencil demon! Afke, I'll take the compliment! I actually enjoy coloring folds and hair because you can create more depth. And yeah, that shirt is actually very layered with greens. I kept adding layers to correct what I felt wasn't working, and there you have it. Treefox, Woodbee, thank you!
