Welcome, welcome! Whoooaaa! I'm sooo blown away by your art! Thank you for sharing you art here! Wow, your stuff is so professional! This looks so right to me! This could definitely be Redlance's or better Redmark's faher. Love the colors, poses, clothes and of course, hair and faces! How can it be so perfect?
I think you are the one in the Elfquest Newsletter creating fan covers based on the coers for the Father Tree Edition? I hope you'll also share the covers as they are mind-blowingly good!

Hi!  I'm so glad to be here!  Thank you guys so much!
Yeah, I'm the one in the newsletter.  My thanks to Thornbrake for featuring me and guiding me here!
I'll certainly share the covers here, too, since people are interested.  I can't quite do line art the same way Wendy does - I use a brush-pen or Micron rather than a nib pen, and it weights the line differently - but I've studied her comics since childhood.  I really like how much attention she pays to every panel's foreground, midground, and background, almost like a theater set, and of course her characters felt so much more alive and personable than the superhero comics that were my other option.  They've got a touch of the theatrical, too, but not to their detriment.  I could call her work epic, operatic, saga-storytelling, but never artificial.  The first few books were a heart scream that reached me and inspired me (and, yes, technically I am a professional artist, in a small capacity.  I do covers and character illustrations for independently published media.)

Almost forgot this one, but had to grab a shower first. Work, you know. Oh, how I love this! Redlance (Redmark) has always been one of my favorite characters and he is absolutely adorable here! I want to grab him, put him in my lap, and parent the hell out of him! And I'm a terrible candidate for parenthood! So damn cute. He looks so innocent, maybe a little sad, possibly focused on what Dad is saying? Love his scrawny limbs, but at his age, that's perfect. As for Dad, wow! Lemme know more about him! He's gorgeous! Hang on, lemme mop up the drool...anyway, this is such a sweet scene. Viewers often don't get to see interaction of fathers and their cubs, especially in comics, like this. EQ does have its share, but still, I think not enough. I'd love to hear what is being said, it seems inviting and engaging. So much in one image! Oh, and I LOVE my Microns! All hail the .005! Superhero comics are the same. Read one, you've pretty much read them all. Shrug worthy at best. Love the Asterix series, though! Again, WELCOME  to the site! I hope we'll be seeing lots more art from you!

I'm sorta repeating myself here, but this means you're inking traditionally? Whoa... I really don't know how people can ink like this. Even though, I still find it easier to do traditionally than digitally. And your description about the Original Quests really speaks to me. As I said before: I opened the pages as a tiny cub and knew I had come home.
It's also great to hear that you are making money of your spectacular art!
