Talno (of the Chosen Eight) is one of the many elves brought back to life during Return to Innocence, initially just in his old Chosen Eight duds, but later swaps that out for something more appropriate to slumming in the Sun Village. He's a metallokinetic, but being a snooty bastard, is not particularly willing to help the Sun Folk metalsmiths get better at their craft. "Ugh, just figure it out YOURSELVES, you annoying short-people."

Yeah, that sounds like a Blue Mountain elf in general. I like the shading on this one, especially the gold/yellow as highlights. Nicely effective, especially now that he's slumming it with the Sun Villagers. Great to see mostly ignored elves given a little time in the limelight.

Beautiful costume. I really like the boots. And choosing a no background on this made him really appear more to be flying.
