This is Marek he's a skilled archer who only likes to wear loincloths. He saw Mender and thpught thst he looked hot so he made one based off of the one he wore. He is also shy and is a hopeless romantic.

I think the green and blue color combination works well for him, and he certainly does wear the loincloth well. Rather well muscled; is he from Sorrow's End? I assume with skin tone and -ek in the name. I think he looks more like Maleen's brother than Rayek's, though.
