pix2pix Marut collab - 2017

Both me and Insertio decided to mess in a program called photogenerator (most call it pix2pix) and draw Marut, the program calculates what you are trying to draw and shade/color it accordingly... so Marut I drew turned into a zombie and the branch got transformed into some tree roots... and Insertio's Marut drawing turned into a saaad old man Marut...
Sadly this program no longer exists in the net, it was fun messing with it!...

That's interesting! What a cool program. At the sad old man Marut it seems like the eyes are really 3D or kind of an oel painting. Did you ever try to calculate a colored pic? Or one with more shadows?

You could draw only pictures like the lineworks here with the program, there were no way (that I knew of) to add colored images to it... I made bunch of other tests at well, but sadly not that many Elfquest related ones, was going to do but the Program got shut down... I wish they'll re-open it some day!...

Never heard of it! Hopefully it will come back one day. Would like to try it out.
The outcome is pretty interesting! The skin shades are awesome. In Insertio's converted version, the program interpreted the elven ears and the hair as eyes... Two more eyes on the side of his head... Now that is scary. |

Hahah! Yeah! the program messes things up time to time, sometimes creating unsettling monstrosities!... some people have found that out by drawing Bart Simpson with it... and the result Bart will always haunt their nightmares!...
