Another Timeless founder,Zharo.
Zharo got a rather severe hit on the head when he fled the palace that caused his mind to become rather disjointed. Leaving him rather quiet, impassive and generally very aloof for several thousands of years.
Zharo retains 3 of his old powers, shielding, gliding and rockshaping. Shielding is the weakest of the 3.
Despite his mental state, he seems to have a liking for using his rockshaping powers against humans.

He seems like an artist lost in his work, like he could do this hours... there is certain concentration in his eyes even though he like you described him... I am really liking the fellow!...
