Evenstar is the absolute embodiment of the meaning of Temperance - a very even-tempered, calm maiden. She actually was the first character I was sure of the choice of card, and so she was the first one I drew as well.

Badger actually is a lovely maiden but she is very caught up in bad memories and her shyness and immobilized by it. However, right now she gets to look at it from a different angle so she is the Hanged Man.

IX - Redwolf - The Hermit
