Mud and Fireflies

Dreamcat and Hawk fell in a wallow when he tried to teach her how to ride on wolfback standing. Dreamcat used her soil-shaping magic to play evil mud-monster with him. Then he took her to a secret place at the river and told her one of his stories, and as usual, she listened in awe. This is a scene from Oakleaf Holt.

Dreamcat's hair is adorable! and you can see how much she is crushing on Hawk here, the fireflies are a nice touch. good to see a hand drawn back ground too ^^
