Ayooooooah and Welcome, Quickwind! The colors are worked in very nicely, detailed and giving plenty of texture to the image. I just wish I could see this larger so I could see the detail better! Really like the way you've colored the outfit, it looks like realistic leathers, and I can see you put several shades of green into the leaves to make them stand out more. Look forward to seeing more of your work!

The red/violet was based off of two color samples that Tah-Marien originally did and I just combined the two. I'm not good with wrinkles or warps in the fabric/leathers so I was basing some of that off of her pencil base lines. Coloring is quite a challenge until you start understanding how to make it behave correctly. I've found my process to be: Figure out the color pallet, fill in the colors with Copic Markers, then add highlights/darks/ect with colored pencils. I'll eventually get my character that Tah-Marien drew for me up in color as well. Her colors are purple/blue/green, however in the drawing that will be posted, you won't see the green part.

Stay tuned.
