Oooh! This is neat! It looks almost like a vision, not like something he's encountering in the flesh. Great idea to paint white on blue.

Was this done in paint? Very interesting choice to use white as an outline on a dark background; it does make it appear somewhat ethereal. He looks a little more like Suntop or Sun Village Woodlock to me, but I think that's due to the hairstyle. His left arm is a little too long, but those High One proportions are a major pain (for me at least).
