Now that you mention it, in black and white they do look rather similar body wise. Main difference is that Mantricker has dark hair.
Still, I like how lively the lines are. |

Maybe it's the clothes and the overall mood from the strong lines, but I think this looks more like Mantricker, although not far off from Cutter.
