Oh, that is one neat outfit! The coloring fits very well. It looks like cold, cold winter.

Yeah, the reason for that is because she has ice elemental powers. Apparently I inspired nilla to give her that.  They live in a jungle, so it is an odd balance she walks on. being able to freeze things and it being very humid where she lives. Or so I gathered, you need to ask nilla to get all details.

Actually, only the tribe she's chief of lived in a jungle, she never been there herself. They had to flee and ended up near Wold's Spine where they find Rixanna and they rather randomly decide she's going to be their chief.
As for her top cloths, I really don't know. Her entire design is based on elf I made 12 years ago. (mentally I have the of her just not being effected by cold very much. Fire bothers her a bit. Put the blame how much I've played Lucifer's call. ) BTW, I LOOOOOOVE THIS. Never was happy with the lower part of her dress. Must find some other design. |
