Bailon's Children

Bailon's Children are basically a minor tribe that live with the Timeless and function as 'a tribe within a tribe. They aren't very 'active' and in no way behave like the actual Timeless.
They're also the completely SANE ones.
This is- *Finds papers* Kyrer. He tends to be a very no-nonsense and sourish type of person.
Only oddish thing about him is his choice of hat.
Just a first try at him so he only get's a headshot along with what I could 'see' about him.
Hair is pale blond. And that's about it. Pretty blank on the rest.
Anybody is welcome to color him if they're immensely bored.
