What agorgeous face! The lines of the eyes seem to be clearer than the rest. This quite draws my attention to the eyes and I think this is a neat effect. I love his colors, the way you have drawn the nose! My critique would be that the eyebrows are not quite aligned and maybe the hair would look even better with some more details in it.
