Ember & Leetah ATC : Finished

Okay so well ... it's done. Even got the fixer on it so it's a done deal.
Not too horrible a job. Was done on Bristol paper, which is really not the best surface for watercolors, always winds up with a rough texture to my eyes, but oh well.
Not used to dealing with that much ink and detail with watercolors on that small of a scale - normally when doing watercolors at this size, it's more like a coloring book level of inked detail, and I do most of it with the paint itself. BTW it is close to actual size.

Thank you for letting us see the progression on this piece! I always love stuff like that. The sketch was great, so lively, and the inking was gorgeous and detailed. I love how it looks with color, too!

To see the progress is nice, indeed. I adore the leafy setting and I think it's a very good likeness of Leetah and Ember. You also can see that she's truly her mother's daughter. (?)
