Cornerstone - Administrative Assistant!

Another that requires setup: in Holt of Grand Illusions, I proposed the idea of what would our elves do if they found themselves in our lives. What would they do if they took on our jobs, even if for a moment? Well, here's Cornerstone - Administrative Assistant! Cornerstone is much like Strongbow in personality. Again, Janett Beasley's character. This is the worst illo I've ever done of him, but I still love the idea behind it!

I really like the details on his hair! I must say that I'd have gotten insane if I'd have to shade hair like that! very nice! I also like the overall shading. it is quite difficult to make so beautiful shadowing using only black and white...

I didn't mind shading the hair or the character much, but the back of the computer monitor was a pain! I sat staring at a fellow labrat's (coworker) computer to see what it looked like, but I still don't think it's right. I just loathe drawing manmade objects; I'm never happy with the outcome. You'll never see my attempts at houses or cars; I'll carry those to the grave with me.

I absolutely love it! I have felt the same way about my computer. love the pictures, they make me wanna join your Holt.
