Addexstrong and Lionkiller

Another character of mine in the Shadowstriders Holt of Serengeti Mists in World Paths. I should've made Lionkiller larger or maybe the foreshortening is off, but it was my first attempt to draw an elf astride one of these nifty critters.

Either the dog bigger or the elf smaller, I was thinking that too. I know elves are supposedly rather light, but still I think for riding it could be made more comfortable for those dogs.

When I was drawing it, I wasn't sure and couldn't decide at the time. Looking at it now, I couldn't agree more with you. I will have to do this again and make poor Lionkiller bigger (or Addexstrong smaller). I think I was more focused on making Lionkiller's legs long enough so Addexstrong's wouldn't drag the ground, but in doing so, I wasn't paying more attention to the rest of the proportions.
