Moss and Weasel

Done as a trade for Moss's owner, Hannah, in River Twine Holt (http://www.rivertwine.com).  Weasel wants some of what his elf-friend Moss has caught! :)

The usual drill: as a wolfrider, Moss is about 4 feet tall, so the fish is probably 2.5-3 feet; a whopper, but not as big as chinook salmon can get.  I used a number of trophy-salmon pics as reference for the fish, and in fact found one in which a guy was holding up a chinook as big in relation to himself (a normal-sized human man) as this salmon is to 4-foot Moss, here!

Weasel was reffed from various photos at Monty Sloan's excellent Wolf Photography site (http://www.wolfphotography.com/).

Pentel Pocket Brush pen inks, Copic marker coloring.

I really love your way of drawing animals... that fish looks beautiful... beautiful and tasty!...  I also like that bush you did on the background! it is somehow simple, yet very detailed... beautiful art!...
