Found some drawings that are already 2 years old, but most of them have never been online. These are old chars of mine, and I was very new to markers, wanted to try them out on them. They were meant to be used as avatars on a new Frozen Rain Cave, but I decided to not rebuild that website.
Klaverblad was the 1st already existing char I adopted, it was at my 2nd dutch forum based holt. She was the babysitter and gatherer of the holt, and very kind and gentle. I gave her a rather heroic death, but she couldn't leave her newfound best friend behind and reincarnated into the elf girl Tokala.

She looks so cute! I love the way her hair flows and the colors on her.

I really really adore this series of avatars. I have such a soft spot for having avatar series on messages boards, and these are especially catchy. What I like, beyond the vibrant colors and clean lines, is that each has a background that tells us more about their personality.
Such a shame you never had a chance to use them.  This one is probably my favorite...something about her feels like a kindred spirit to me.

It's okay, at least they taught me a lot about my new markers in a short time.
With the backgrounds I wanted to show where they came from, the forest, the desert, mountains, etc...
