Luna's RPG character Terra... now I was testing how the photoshop brush reacts when I blur things to get soft lines and colors... I think it works like a charm!... and yes... Terra sure has LOTS of hair!...

thank you both! Terra usually tends to look adorable and dreamy... I think it has something to do with her colors and the shape of her face...
