the little blonde is the most recent besides the scouter pic.. but all in the last 2 to 3 months. I'm to impatient and have a hard time finishing things.. lol i have lot of random things sitting

somthing new.. ack! soo busy working on art for my folks coffee shop. I recently got to dress up as a mermaid. i got inspired to draw my own tail. hha well really is going to be a design for a tail. not done but i felt like sharing  |

Oh thank you kindly! sorry it took me so long to thank you for your comment! i didn't get a notice of comments lol=) OK so the drawing i did above of the pirate costume.. here is the real life version.. after LOTS of drama with undelivered items and working around "RAGE" here is Crimson Doubloon aka me at Ventura Harbor Pirate days . I had people asking me all day where i got it and if i would share who i got it from! HAAA gotta say that made me feel pretty good.  |

It was going to be... but the place i ordered it from.. well they NEVER FREAKING sent it.. SOOOOOOOO mad... on the up side i found one at the mall for 50 bucks.... i was going to bleach the black out of it and dye it ... sadly its almost impossible to bleach polyester.. ha. "spray paint enter stage right. a light tan color and a darker red. with some touch up along seams to add darkness and VaWALLAAA you have a corset that might or might not be leather. i did it the night of the show too. it also held up great after 2 days of hard wear. =)

You are truly marvelous looking, girl! I'm so in love with your art, especially your bold use of color. It always seems to turn out good! My favorite is the little girl with the book. And the pirate sketch as well as the real live version are just awesome! I love that you have grog mug on your belt. Even though I like that this page is focused on EQ art, it's so great that we get a chance to see people's other works as well.

Again, nice composition. I love the orange against the colder green and blue colors. Also the design of the "oriental" clouds is wonderful. I also think that you manage to get across elfin and human anatomy differences very well.

ha! it looks like i'm becoming a costume designer.. lol concept sketch for one of the new girls long slashed coat bits hanging down behind her. bone buttons and details, animal teeth. Also thinking the edges of the coat should look a little chard.  |

Ooooh! I like it a lot! It's so kick-ass! I also like the black-red color combo. Hopefully we'll also get to see the results. I think a costume designer is not the worst thing to become.

Great design, Silentleaf! Very colorful and dynamic. Adding a touch or two of white lace to the outfit would really frame the rest well and give the character a bit of ladylike-ness to contrast with her kickassery.  |

LOl thanks guys. i wish they wanted her to be a lady.. ha.. shes going to end up being voodoo ish, with an alligator baldric "sword holding thingy" . with Bones bones and such. going to get some hair extensions and make braids and add beads and stuff to her hair too. A new design is on the way . they want sleeveless, i'll post a finished pic once its made =) shes going to be like a bad ass pirate calypso. but no black teeth haha. the girl wearing this is sassy and sexy, and very concerned with image.
