In The Time of Flood and Flower by April Suzanne Durfee Landon - Posted Apr 11, 2021
This little scene has a nice touch. I like that Minyah attaching the twig on the flower basket a lot. The green in the back makes me wonder where the forest came from, but makes them both stand out a lot. All the white lightnings are so nicely placed, like little drops of rain. Is Behtia pregnant in here? Love her dress.
In Springtime Recognition by Heidi Geist - Posted Apr 11, 2021
Ooooww, Rainsong looks so sweet! Love her pose and her expression.
I do also love you choose their recognation happend in daylight. Thats a nice touch. I ask myself what happend before that Woodlook is already on his knees like he propose to her. Love seeing this two.
In The Palace Dance by Amberfox - Posted Apr 11, 2021
First I thought the red haired one was enchained or tied up. That is a clothing to wear best in the palace. Like the deep colors in front of the shimmering palace walls. The fabric looks so soft. But the Troll makes it for me. He/she is gorgeous! Love the cheeky smile.

They are so comic-ish drawn - wonderfull! The hair and faces - also pose and Clothes reminds me on SF Novels out of the 60ties. I really love it! Also a good call, to making the background less colorful, so they stands out a lot more. Great art, great inking and coloring. Love it!

Wonderfull art! It looks really great.
I'm not sure, what Dewshine's expression could mean - for a child, pointing at something, she is not very entausiastic. Sooo...What did she see? I asked myself curious. Absolutely love Treestump here. Great job on the fur and lightning in all. And good you changed the name of the calendar - the first name: lesser known character dose not fit a bit for that two.
Do love it anyway.
Thanks for making so much effort to bring up the calendar!

Oh no ... don't say yours look lame, Treefox! That's not true! I just have had the chance to draw something bold. And I should have taken daylight as background - he is not very outstanding to see dark color on dark color. I can't wait to see yours and I have allready rolled up anotherone - and again, he has short hair. Where have all the longhair dude's gone?

jaRf, I think the similarity comes from the color of hair and the two braids. But - now I see it, the color of clothing is kinda Redlance style. I rolled redbrown and green for them.

The leafs on his shirt are supposed to be feathers. But the flying leafs are leafs from the bushes. Hard to see, I see. I messed that up. After drawing Lord Voll with all the feathers I can't draw feathers anymore  :lol

Thank you all so much for the words on the pose. I really do like it too. Wanna draw more of him.

Oh yes - Vurdah would be jealous too I thnk! Hahaha!
I am happy you like it! For the pose - I did not see it as copy - not even after you mentioned it. BTW, how better to show 4 -in your case 3- ponytales and the face all in one as in this pose?
In RPG Sunfolk dude #2 - Posted Mar 27, 2021
Oh man, this is so cool! The hands are a spot on to me. The pose, the rings! I really love them! I also love the clothing a lot. The collar is very beautiful. And his freckles are sweet!
He looks more introverted to me - but I don't know how to represent indulgant in a pose to be hornest. Especially with no other character in it :D
In EQ RPG Sunfolk dude - Posted Mar 27, 2021
Wow! The Portrait looks so awesome! It's a good idea to make his accessories and trim golden! That fits better for a Sunfolk guy. I really fancy the form of his necklace!
Thanks a lot for participating in this "roll up your character" thing! I totally love your outcome! As you mentioned, it is fun and I'm happy you had fun doing this.
In Blue feather-y guy - Posted Mar 13, 2021
Haha, there he is. He looks great! To mention, if I have braids, I like to touch them too. It's an interesting smooth feeling.
Am I correct that you name them all? The older ones, for this one have no name?

More diced Characters from others would be awesome. A "prompt" would be nice!

@Startear: You diced all those things? That's hilerious! I might have banned you too  :lol  :-*
In Ember - Posted Feb 13, 2021
This is so fitting! The smile while she is running away from Scouter is so nice! I would like to think that bothering the elder later on has it's roots in here - Scouter, still mad because she was stealing his hat- ;D
The tongue is so sweet! That's a nice touch! I really like the pencil color you choose for her.
In Ember Portrait Sketch - Posted Jan 30, 2021
There is nmo need doing Wendy-esque Elves. You have your own style (which I really love)! Ember looks so nice and different here. But recognizable! The colors looks good, the shading is very perfect (as always :D) and her eyes are so beautiful!
OMG I really do love her eyes!
In Ember Sketches - Posted Jan 30, 2021
@Startear. Love to see Ember from you as well.

These are beautifull poses. They are some kind of sad or lost in thoughts. I do like her with New Moon for many reasons. There is so much to see in her expression. The face tells more than one story for me. New Moon itself looks -ern-kinda misshaped or bended what contibutes more to the sketch than there meant to be ..?
As asked for, I would also love to see the left sitting pose in a propper drawing.
In Cutter action shot sketch - Posted Jan 30, 2021
I often think the loss of dynamic may come from the missing lines next to the proper ones or choosen ones for the inking. Here I can see his right leg in another ankle and it seems to move. The pose changing lines looks often like moving lines(?) Like an Animation? Don't know how to explain. Like it is in a moved blur. That makes it more fluid for me.
I know that fact totally well and often regret inking my work.
Thats a very pretty Cutter sketch btw. Hm~jummy.

And I was wondering why she don't have any warts...   ;D
What a beautiful pose, I really like the hat, I imagine the flower on it will be pink? She is really enjoying her "day off" from the hart work. As always: a wonderful inking.
In Inktober - Teeth - Posted Oct 21, 2020
I really like the outcome of the shading in this. It means a lot to me you liked it too, thank you.
(bleeding gums Shaman ... :lol! Why am I thinking on the Simpsons now?  ::))
In Inktober - Hope - Posted Oct 21, 2020
What an interesting choice for the prompt you have! Yeah, I see it too now you mentioned it.
I just simply thought of the war against the Trolls in the end of OQ. And also her in general. I often see her as a figure of hope, don't know why. Maybe because healing can give people hope?
In Dayspring - Posted Oct 19, 2020
I absolutly love the coloring in here and the violet shading is so well done! Her skin looks so smooth. Nice sparkles and a good idea to do the tree or bush. Like it!
In Inktober - Teeth - Posted Oct 19, 2020
That is properly something I have to lern  :D
In It'll be alright, Daddy... - Posted Oct 17, 2020
Look's awsome! I can really feel his pain. You did a wonderful job with the dim colors, they add a lot to the mood for me.
Nice you replaced the sketch after seven years I really love the outcome!
