I love her tail. so stylish.

Yeah, underwater life rocks. My summerhouse is in a place where there are many seals. There are a lot of jellyfish too, and fishes. Not so many colorful though. We have shark, but they live either too deep, or aren't big enough to attack anyone. We have had incidents where great white travel all the way, but rarely. And they end up dead rather quickly...

I forgot to say, I love the texture on the background.

The new version looks far more dangerous than the first. i think it is the eyes that does it, they look clear and sharp. With the mischievous smile of someone up to no good, and the hiding of arms, she looks about to use her powers. I love her skin.

Hehe, she looks so displeased!
In Tyldak - Posted Nov 04, 2011
Tyldak is hard to draw. This is great.

On the contrary, I love his dark skin, and I think this is the best of the old drawings you have. His eyes are wrong though. They are amber, not brown. But it is old art, so who cares.

Korilla is cool. She had a lot op dept in her, and it was so cute how she would refuse to let anyone eat octo. And hearts on this octo is just wonderful. :D

I know you've probably heard this before, but what I like about your chibi's is that they don't just stand there looking great, you put a lot of humor in them and poses and such. There is movement, soul in them.

I've been meaning to ask you, how do you color white skin with color pencils? No matter what I try, the only skin colors I get out properly is dark skin color. Which I think I get right, hehe. Is it so simple as don't use only the skin color pencil but brown, orange and pink or do you use dark magic to commune with the scanner?

Indeed, I've tried drawing her, and I find it hard. And she is very recognizable.

Ouch, that will hurt in a few seconds.

Weapons are really fascinating. Personally I'm more of a bow person, after making a traditional English longbow in 10 th grade, complete with strings used from cat intestines. Does anyone have any idea how hard it was to get the strings, and how awkward it was to ask it in stores for traditional weapon makers what you were looking for? (Funny thing is, I found it in a tennis shop, the creme apparently uses it.) Yet the string was unpractical, they are destroyed easily by rain, with exception of making the string slippery as hell, hence not getting a good shot. Those monsters of bows could hit it's mark from 300 meters distance. If used by a experienced archer that is.  ;)

I have used swords but can only barely hold my own. (Better at dodging than attacking.) But what I like particularly about archery is that one is often further away from the target/aggressor. I know, cowardice for the win. :P

I'm trying this again, to get a feel around my new copics.

No one is truly happy in Blue Mountain, are they?

I never saw this one before. One thing which I disliked in Discovery was how barren the Wavedancer's living area was. Honestly, they live by a reef and yet there was almost devoid of life? In the Wavedancers series, despite confusing timeline at least showed underwater life (daggerteeth, dolphins, seals, fishes.) Seeing a underwater pic with marine life is wonderful. Also a nice break to see someone posting art of a Wavedancer.

Despite just being a quickie, I love this. Never liked the open shoulder outfit which Moonshade gave her. It looks good on her, but I've always thought that it wasn't really a Krim outfit. I much prefer the one she wore in the Forbidden Groove. I love how you made her headpiece shine here.

He is very cute. The wings are wonderfully colored. The leggins are my favorite though. Looks very pleasing and nicely shaded.

Heh, when you said "free elf" I was reminded of Dobby. But they are alike in apearance and that they died free.

Indeed, different body types and noses are in my opinion a better way to make ones character stand out or special than giving the person a very fancy name or coloring the bangs purple. (My avatar is based on a character in another series, so I escape it that way :P) Another thing I love to see in characters are freckles. Little children have it, but grown characters... not so much.
