Nailpolish pushes the color outward when dripped on wet colors - it makes a nice effect ^^'
You can do the same thing with alcohol, but I didn't want to waste the vodka from my boyfriend xD

@ Treefox: Actually, I love to draw and paint hair, so this one wasnt difficult for me (and I have drawn Winnowill before x) )
I had more problems to get the skin tone right x_X
