EQ-related stuff is all the drawing I do, my "other art" is photography, so I thought I'd share some recent pictures.
First is a couple of landscape shots from a recent road-trip. It took us past a fish hatchery that is one of my favorite places to visit.

Last week there was a family of fledgling swallows hanging out in the backyard as they built up their flight muscles. I got really into watching them while wondering if my ancient cat would notice them flailing around.

Yesterday a wolf rescue group came to talk at my son's day camp, and I got a couple of okay shots. This is a timber wolf.

And they said this is a wolf-coyote-husky mix.

Beautifully captured scenery, Jeb! O.O
Picture number two and five are my favorites.

Loving the pictures, Jeb! Especially the fish!! Would you mind if I used a couple of them as reference photos?
-
Sure, that would be fine. In fact, if you want more pictures like any I've posted, let me know.

Was looking for a certain picture and came across some other nice ones I thought I'd share. :)

Beautifully shot pictures. You've got a good eye for detail and also not only the grand beauty of nature, but also the smaller things that are equally beautiful if we take a closer look at it.
Love that frogs! I have always liked frogs, never found them disgusting.

I have always enjoyed when other members here share their art progress, and since my family has left me today to entertain myself, I thought I would do the same, although I think my process is much like most peoples, involving lots of erasing and redrawing, but here goes. This is really step 2, as I did the basic blocking in with ovals earlier and started to put in some details now. I will add step 3 later, if I remember and if I am so inclined. ::)

Worked on it a little more today. :) Still trying to figure out the pose on the standing character.
