Uh-Oh

EQ meets Gravity Falls, or maybe it should be psycho meets psycho. Nightstorm is from my old RPG group and was one of the most powerful and equally unstable characters, very unpredictable. He is the son of the most powerful psionic (and unstable) and one of the most physically powerful elves from one of the most disastrous Recognitions ever. Poor guy. Then there's the evil isosceles monster himself from Gravity Falls, Bill Cipher. Bill will often trick people into his bidding with promises (think evil trickster genies) and have them shake on it, sealing it with a blue flame. I think it says it all when the two turn to walk (or float) away...sucker. Drew this about two years ago and just now inked and colored it. Been away too long and needed to get back into it.

Oooh, what an awesome crossover! I have finally watched Gravity Falls and was very intrigued by Bill Cipher.
I wonder who indeed will be the sucker in this deal? |

I was instantly intrigued by Bill as well when I first saw him. I have done another crossover illo featuring Bill versus Nightstorm's father, Dawnrise. That matchup will end far worse than this one ever could. Dawnrise was "big bad" for many games, really unstable and very powerful. In the illo, Dawnrise has managed to piss off Bill so much that he's turned red and is blasting him with all he's got. Dawnrise has a unique ability that allows him to give back as good as he gets, so it got ugly fast. It's also part of a larger illo: left side has Gravity Falls characters, right side EQ, Bill in the middle.

Bill is an awesome villain! Elfquest and Gravity Falls crossover is still highly original!
Huh, so it did get ugly... I can imagine that! |
