Not to take away from O'l Winnie but I kind of wish she was elsewhere. I'm in love with what's happening behind her. I like that she looks annoyed like she knows I want her to get out of the way...haha. The lighting is magic by the way.

Oh my gosh! I think this is my favorite entry this year! The soft lighting! The coldness yet stunning beauty of Blue Mountain is perfectly portrayed. Beautiful Winnie here really looks displeased that there is a small group of elves she can't control all of the time.

Oh, that is some interesting rendition for the Glider's hive. Well, and her.
These sunlight-flooded opening really do it for me. Garnished with the fragile figures of some Gliders. And there, in the darker part, like a column framing the image on the left is she, and we can only guess from her eyes that's she's having thoughts and plans of her very own. Few colours, much impact. |

Aah thank you y'all! The lighting was definitely a lot of fun to do, I love dramatic stuff like that
The web-thing in the background was referenced (ish) from when Voll takes the Wolfriders to the Eyrie in the Original Quest. I just thought it looked cool and wanted to use it :> And I think her thoughts and plans can be boiled down to "gotta get Egg to put in some stairs over there  "  |

I wanted to make a gliders image at first. But could not figure out how to design it. But good you made the picture of the gliders home - I never could make it look so gooood!
The shading is just brilliant! The sunrays are superb. The stones looks formed and smooth and I like the Web like stone in the back - like a fisher net tossed out for a catch. I do like Winny here and the thoughts you gave her. "I need stairs!" It looks indeed like only gliders could reach the sunlight and she must stay in the dark much to her dislike... Wonderfull! |

Love those rays of sunshine! I also like how dark old Winnie is, keeping her mostly in shadow to illuminate how... apart she is from the rest of her group.
