Damphand is a Crescent caves elf that left with his sister Twist and joined the Wandering Tribe. The Crescent Caves elves are shape shifters and are all born with birthmarks that don't change when they shift, his is across his nose.
He likes to swim, and has control of water, hence the fins on his arms.

The birthmark is quite an interesting idea. I think it would be difficult to trix someone they know each other with another shape... But I think the birthmark could also be on less open places?
He looks like a Football guy with that mark and the shoulder pad  I like the change of color from his shoes to the leggins. |
