Yummy or Yuck! depends on the person! I've personally never liked the taste!... only berry I don't like so far! but very healthy one! good snack for the elves!...

I didn't like it when I was younger, but nowadays it's ok. Maybe my taste has changed..? Who knows!

I never tried them! I wish I could try them once. They are very famous in Finland, Norway and Sweden as I gather.
Do they taste slightly bitter? Can you eat them raw?

Yeah, you can eat them raw, they are quite Bitter and I think they kinda taste like dung beetles smell... But some seem to like them and disagree with that statement...

Hmm, they have something like a sour/bitter taste, but there's a hint of sweetness to them. They taste the best when eaten straight from the bush (though they don't really grow in bushes. I wonder what the low-growing plants are called?). I enjoy them when you make a jam out of it, it's a sweet & sour experience (though nothing like the sauce!). They're also good with Russian candy, especially if they're a bit frozen!

Through I do not like them, I like porridge made from them and they are good In Black tea...

It is this strange naturally Pink colored porridge called vispipuuro... Should make it some time, been a while I have eaten it...

Treefox: it's not really anything like a regular porridge. I'd say it's more like a berry-mousse! But still a delicious breakfast. :D

You can eat it cold or warm, it's how you prefer it... both are good!...
