Oooh what a lovely style! We could really create a site album: Moonshade sad.
As I have mentioned before, drawing Moonshade sad is somehow easier than happy. Is it the same for you?
Anyway, I love the etheral, watercolor like look! Those big shining eyes are just beautiful.
Did you color this traditionally?

Thank you Treefox! Glad you like it. Yes, I agree that it is much easier to draw Moonshade in a sad/melancholic look. It comes naturally.

What do you mean by "site album"?

The watercolour look how you describe it is actually a softpastel look. I colored it traditionally with softpastels and some coloured pencils. Added highlights with a white gel pen.

I'm amazed by her eyes! The background and her hair is really dreamy but her eyes are solid and clear. Very beautiful work!

Thank you nilla! I am glad you like her. The dreamy effect is created with soft pastels. I arrived at this art medium after seeing Wendy Pini's beautiful pastel paintings of the elves ...so she inspired me to use them but I use them with a different style.
