Wow, so powerful! This really is the most twisted of bonds. What a great collaboration. Rayek and Winnie look gorgeous and the colors are so dramatic!
Still, my head can't stop singing: love is an open doooor...

This was a great collaboration. It would be cool to see more collabs in the calendar, it adds a nice variety.

Despite the language barrier and tight schedule, I enjoyed collaborating on this. :) It's like the "bonding" went from the artwork to the art process itself! :D

This is beautiful! This is a bond that cannot break until she is better which can take lifetimes.

Thank you.
@ Czarine - I think you were patience personified.   And the worldly reminder taught me not to leave any small fix ups for last, ever again.   Oh, I wish I could tell all the stories of language barrier vs the delightful failure of interpretation.    My favorite did involve one of the instances of slang - and not the one you think new cyber friend  - *Wink*.   I was trying to explain the different light sources for this piece and used a Movie reference from ET  (an old sci-fi kid flick form the 80's)  "about a heart light"   Instead of just a  glow from within Winnie [behind] Rayek, I got a heart under her chin!  which "I" did not even know was there in the design . . .    Sooo cool; two color elements for the price of one, it was the first of many lingual twists on the road to a very successful and fun collaboration.

You really did make me feel like a rock star.  And you have such a variety of skill choices for coloring.  This piece would have been much different in your other entries style.  Kiitos!

@Dreamweaver  -   Truer words there never was.  (and) Niiiice new avatar.  She glows with beauty and mischief.  Is there a bigger copy for the Gallery?

It is lovely to hear a little bit more about your collaboration! Rayek's body is so handsome, really gorgeous! It gets perfectly highlighted by Czarine's colors. Ah, I love collaborations! So, so happy to see that they're still happening here!  :love

And the last to comment... the best for the end. :D
The poor thing!
Stay strong, shine on like the hero you are! Have your awesome hair flow like a cape in the desert wind! Wipe her away with it. ;)
Don't let that nasty glowing scratchy-fingernail-Winnie overwhelm you! Your inner sun is stronger than her darkness!

It a long time ago we had some lyrics / poem in a calendar. It fits well here with the whole image composition. Simple BG, some implied crystal shards, focus on the two protagonists and the text.
And that's some FQ-Winnie-Glow here, isn't it? These light effects work very well here. Oh, and does she look poisonous.

This one will be a nice screen background. :)
(Though I wonder if I should... erase Winne beforehand. She's like an un-greased chainsaw in the middle of a concert of water and wind. She destroys the good Qi, even though her colours fit well in the image. :p )

The colours in this are freaking cool, it's amazing. The poem fits wonderfully as well, despite your language barriers, you guys really made this entry shine!
Maybe next year should be collabs :D it's really cool to see how ideas and artists come together.

@ jaRf   You slay me- Meaning you are so funny about Rayek.  Tell you what.  If you want a  line  drawing  to art with I would be honored by what ever your imagination plays with for the Glory of He.  However I do not think I have a black and white of poem and illustration together.  So it would take formatting for both.  And ask Czarine  about mucking with the color version, I'm ok.  But a new collaboration has an open door from my continent of our Planet.

[First> a deep bow to Staff - let us ask about printing stuff, eh?  I am out of date on copy right by forum and/or honoring eqfa]
